vitamin re-order

Had to re-order my favorite Dr. Andrew Lesserman vitamins. I swear, between these, prenatals, biotin, fiber and fish oil tablets, my hair and nails are growing like weeds. I LOVE IT!!

waiting for the rain

For once in my life, I was actually hoping it would rain today. I mean, that's what the forecast called for last time I checked. I wanna get some use out of the new Hunter rain boots. I don't know where you live, but here in NYC, there's not a drop of rain in sight. Nothing but clouds. Boo for me. Maybe tomorrow.

i'm boring tonight

We went to the Princeton diner for a quick bite. I had the biggest omelet ever. It was packed with grilled veggies and monetary Jack cheese. It was delish. Since I've had no real source of protein today, my dessert will be a protein bar. I'm tired now and am peacin' out for the night. More hasta maƱana

fa la la la la...

Even diet coke/coke cans are decked out for the holidays :0)

I just ordered another yummy veggie stuffed pita from Pita Grill. I hope this time they use a whole wheat pita like I requested.

Hope you're having a fabulous Thursday. Stu's working from home today and tomorrow. Lucky him. I hate being the first one up. Stu and the dogs looked so comfortable sleeping passed out in our toasty bed this morning. JEALOUS.

Loving my new coat though. I feel fancy wearing it. Pia emailed me asking where I bought it- Ann Taylor Loft baby. They're really stepping up their game in the clothing/petites department. I'm impressed. Same goes for Lord and Taylor. My friend Danielle and I are crazy about that store now. They sell sevens, joe's, coh jeans, AND they have a Bobbi Brown counter. A++ in my book.

I think my lunch is here. LP has to eat. WORD.

I'm not running today because I want to preserve my blow out from yesterday..lol. Off to do some errands with Stu. He's made it very clear that he has to be home by 1pm (Eagles game). He's all about his red zone channel, and I'm all about the manicure I'm getting later this afternoon.

I had a low carb bagel with sugar free jelly for breakfast. It was so good, especially with my pumpkin coffee. I'm meeting Nicole at the kop mall for a little shopping later and then dinner. Looking forward to it.

happy halloween

200624092019-482

I woke up at 7:00 and pounded the pavement hard. Did 6 miles and ran to Britney's "3". I swear that song makes me run faster. I had it on repeat the whole 90% time. Wait, I'm lying, I also threw in Ori and Lady Gaga. Their songs "According to you" and "Bad Romance" are excellent beats to run as well. Basically I shuffled between the three songs. Good enough.

For breakfast I had a big ass low-carb bagel (80 cals), with almond butter and sf jelly. The combination of the bagel and almond butter really fills me up.

Getting a blow out at 9:30 with Lindsay. I love the way she does my hair. Lins, can you do my hair everyday? Pretty please? This is why I need to get into tv; it would give me an excuse to have my hair blown out more :0)

Later this afternoon we're going up to Newtown and doing the Fall Foliage tour. It's supposed to be 2.5 hours long. That's a lot leaves to look at. Hope I don't get bored. The trolley we're riding better have cushions or it's going to be a very long and butt-numbing ride. We haven't been back to the Witherspoon Grill in forever, so that's where we're going for dinner. Can't wait.

What are you doing for Halloween? I would love stay be home and pass out candy to the cute little trick- or- treaters, but truth be told, no one EVER comes to our hood. We suck. Why waste a perfectly good Saturday night stuck home, even it is is Halloween??

Omg, I smell...need to take a long shower.... tmi??? sorry.

friday, friday, friday

Happy Friday-

This site is starting to really piss me off. Are you able to comment?? A few people have emailed me saying they can't post anything. WTF??? Looking into now. Lo siento mucho mi amigas.

Look; I'm wearing my newest infinity scarf. I can't get enough. The only downside with wearing the loosely stitched one's is that they get caught and end up with little snags. Kind of annoying. Whooofc. Normally I wrap the scarf around my neck twice, but today it felt a bit suffocating.

Enough about me, how are you?? What are you doing for Halloween? We're going out to dinner tomorrow night. We never get trick-or-treaters, so what's the point of staying home??

friday, friday, friday

It's Friday- AMEN!!

Ran a fun 5 miles this morning, followed by a scrumptious bagel with sf strawberry preserves and almond butter. I could eat almond butter all day long at every single meal. Almond butter is definitely in the seat of glory at the moment.

After work I'm going strait to Petsmart to buy another snail. Carrie and Doug are wondering where Arthur went. Time to get "Arthur #2". RIP Arthur #1.

We have a packed weekend ahead. Tonight we're fitting in a few more last minute Haunted Houses. Where did October go? I feel like all the seasons were mashed into one big mess. Hot one day, cold the next. This isn't FALL!!! We're effed this winter, I'm tellin' ya now. I don't even want to think about it. Back to my weekend- tomorrow, we're going on a Fall Foliage Tour. It's on a trolley and supposedly 2.5 hours long. The seats on this "trolley" better have cushions..haha. I've been craving some Witherspoon Grill lately, so we're going there for dinner. On Sunday, I'm hoping making Stu put our new desk together. It's the last piece of furniture we bought for the study. Can't wait to move it in and move the old crap out.

Alright, so I think I'm gonna get a Canon Powershot sd 800 camera. The sony cam I have is cute and all, but it's not getting the job done. I want to post more pictures on this site. That's the goal. Hopefully once I get a new camera, it will be so wonderful and fabulous, I won't be able to put it down (kinda like my iphone).

Sunday is a good day to make that purchase. I'm going for it.

3rd day eating the same lunch

For the past 3 days, I've eaten the same thing for lunch: grilled chicken with feta, dried cranberries and roasted eggplant. It comes as a salad, but I use the whole wheat pita and stuff it with all the above. It's so good, I want to marry it.

Before I grab the train, I have to hit Borders again and get that non-fat sugar-free raspberry latte I discovered the other day. Gimme that damn drink.

Tomorrow's Thursday!! We're almost to the weekend. Oh, and don't forget, we "fall back" and hour, so set your clocks before you hit the sack Saturday night. Just a friendly reminder:0)
