Yesterday I was at Radio City Music Hall all day broadcasting live. It was fun. I got to talk to Russell Brand (even though I can't stand him), Iyaz, Jeremiah, Justin Bieber, etc. I couldn't believe how fast the day went. We came home for an hour and then left again for Rascal Flatts. Once again, they did not disappoint. Super show!!

Phoebs and Miles had their big photo op yesterday and they did fabulously. Actually, this was more up Phoebe's alley (let's be honest). She loved getting her picture taken (clearly gets that from her momma). Miles was a.d.d the entire time. It was only towards the end of our session that he calmed down. All that posing wore my little guy out. I am SO happy with these shots. They came out better than I could of ever imagined. I can't wait to blow them up, matte and frame them.
We used Angela Pursell. She does AMAZING work. Please, take a few minutes to check out her website. As you will see, her pictures speak for themselves. She's fantastic. I'm having her do my next set of head shots.

Can it be 7pm already?? I can't wait to eat this. We loaded up on our veggie lasagna today. My slow cooker dish weighs at least 4 lbs.

Starting the layering process. Slicing the eggplant and squash thinly is key.
Underneath the squash is sauce and eggplant..
keep on layering and add the ricotta and cheddar (or whatever cheese you like)
spinach, peppers and onions
Done. We topped it off with feta and mozz. 8 hours in the slow cooker and it'll be dinner time! I usually serve this with toasted Arnold Pita Thins. I spray them with butter spray and add garlic salt. It's a great "mock" garlic bread.

Today we drove over to South Hampton. Cute area. There's a Ralph Lauren store on literally every corner here. Can his logo get any bigger?? Seriously. Tacky as hell. We I shopped around for a while, then came back to the inn. I took a nap until it was time to leave for dinner.
PS- We saw "The Proposal" last night (finally). I really liked it. Sandra Bullock looks AMAZING for 45. Whatever she's doing, it's working. WOW. Ryan Reynolds wasn't too bad either. Adorable as always. Damn you Scarlett.
