It's Friday- AMEN!!
Ran a fun 5 miles this morning, followed by a scrumptious bagel with sf strawberry preserves and almond butter. I could eat almond butter all day long at every single meal. Almond butter is definitely in the seat of glory at the moment.
After work I'm going strait to Petsmart to buy another snail. Carrie and Doug are wondering where Arthur went. Time to get "Arthur #2". RIP Arthur #1.
We have a packed weekend ahead. Tonight we're fitting in a few more last minute Haunted Houses. Where did October go? I feel like all the seasons were mashed into one big mess. Hot one day, cold the next. This isn't FALL!!! We're effed this winter, I'm tellin' ya now. I don't even want to think about it. Back to my weekend- tomorrow, we're going on a Fall Foliage Tour. It's on a trolley and supposedly 2.5 hours long. The seats on this "trolley" better have cushions..haha. I've been craving some Witherspoon Grill lately, so we're going there for dinner. On Sunday, I'm hoping making Stu put our new desk together. It's the last piece of furniture we bought for the study. Can't wait to move it in and move the old crap out.
Alright, so I think I'm gonna get a Canon Powershot sd 800 camera. The sony cam I have is cute and all, but it's not getting the job done. I want to post more pictures on this site. That's the goal. Hopefully once I get a new camera, it will be so wonderful and fabulous, I won't be able to put it down (kinda like my iphone).
Sunday is a good day to make that purchase. I'm going for it.
I'm getting there-working up to 13 miles. The country music marathon isn't until April, but I wanna start early, and prepare for my first big half! It's gorgeous out. Since I spent the last 2 nights doing absolutely nothing, waking up @ 8 wasn't bad. I like to run early and get it out of the way. Now I can get on with my day.
For breakfast I had oatmeal with almond butter, cinnamon, 1/2 banana, and vanilla almond milk. Later I'll make a shake with my new (and very expensive) "Amazing Grass".
Slow cooker Sunday is ON! What to make? I'm searching through my new Stephanie O'Dea book to find a good meal. There are so many recipes to choose from-sh*t.
Have you seen the new exercise bike for wii????
Huge HUGE! That is one big game controller. Make sure you move the couch outta the way to make room for this monstrosity.

It's 9:46 am and this is how my morning has been so far: all for a nintendo wii (and wii fit)
To my shocking surprise there were 7 people already waiting in line for wii fit!!
One per customer was allowed. I am so happy I was able to snag one, as they only had about 25 wii fits in stock. There's no doubt in my mind that by 10am this morning, wii fit will be completely sold out. Insane.
I do really believe that nintendo was on their game (no punt intended) when they created wii. They so totally had us chicks in mind. For one, the console is white. White is clean, feminine, and goes with everything. #2, The games that are out-ie: my sims, cooking momma, american idol, dancing with the stars and now wii fit, are targeted completely towards us (and gay guys), ha! Lastly, the remotes are simple and easy to understand and use. Homerun for nintendo! Stu is setting it up for me now, so I'll let you know later how I like it!
Amazon actually has the Wii. You can get it here.
I bought this little controller too!
Stu's getting a massage right now and I'm about to go for a run. After we get back, we're gonna grab lunch and then get nintendo wii!! Thanks for all the emails btw. From the sound of it, you LOVE IT. Seems like it's much more "girl friendly". Plus, there has never been a time where Stu and I actually played a video game with or against eachother. He LOVES his ps3, but has all Madden games. Eww. I want cute, fun, pink games and I think I'm gonna get that with the wii. Weeeee for Wiiiii!!!! More later :0)
Off the subject. Have you seen "Ask Aida" on the Food Network? It's my new favorite show. It's on now as a matter of fact. Set your tivo for 12:30pm, Food Network so ya don't miss it next week!
Here's a snippet of one of her shows. If your a cooker, you'll be addicted.
