I told you I'd hit Borders again. I need to fill out my Borders card application already. Must accumulate mad points so I can start getting free beverages. I was craving something sweet and salty this afternoon, luckily, Bords has all their holiday munchies out, so I grabbed a peppermint dipped pretzel rod (110 calories). It was PERFECTLY PEPPERMINTY!! To go along with my treat, I got a caramel cream coffee too. OH, and a bag of peppermint coffee. What an afternoon.
My sister resorts to her "cubby hole" at the library, and I have my own little nook at this Borders over-looking 34th st. People watching is always one of my favorite past times. I couldn't focus on my blog, all I did was watch everybody go about their day.

Back from CT. Ahhh..what a day. Mani's, then lunch at Panera, Target take-over, dinner, more pumpkin spice coffee, and now BED. YAY.

Keep in mind, this is only my mom's 2nd time EVER getting a real manicure. Look at how happy she is. Best $12 I've ever spent. Life is full of exciting moments :0)

Like my slouchy beanie?? I bought this at DSW last night. Can you wear these things indoors too? I work with a girl that keeps hers on all day. Why not right??
While we're on the subject of keeping warm, I stopped into H&M this afternoon and bought 2 pair of leg warmers, knee-high wool socks, and arm warmers. Between all that jazz and my infinity scarves, I am ready to face the cold. BRING IT MR. WINTER!!!!!

I make my hot toddie's with swiss miss fat free hot chocolate mix. Add boiling water (or milk), and top off with what else??? Cool Hhwwiip. I also sprinkle cinnamon over the cw and then add peppermint shavings or a mini candy cane. I think they're very "Sandra Lee" looking. Now all I need is a tablescape and we're good to go!
Hooray for carbs. I can't believe I forgot to post about the pumpkin bagels I got from Einstein Bagels over the weekend. I snuck a few bites of Stu's bagel and it was so yummmmy! Especially because he loaded on the pumpkin cream cheese (also from Einstein). The pumpkin bagel poppers were awesome too. I'm having flashbacks. Mmm, mmm, mmm.

Went for a nice 6.5 mile run this morning. Running is a lot more enjoyable this time of the year (for obvious reasons). When I got home, I made my awesome egg, cheese and hot sauce wrap. So good and so low cal (155). We're going to Dan and Tara's later to watch the Eagles game. Well.....not ME per say. Stu and Dan will be doing most of the watching. I really want to check out the new Trader Joe's that just opened in Princeton. I think Ann Marie (mom-in-law) and I will peace out early and head over there for a bit. She's never been to TJ's!! Is that not the most insane thing you've ever heard???
Oh, and side-note: I'm doing it. I'm definitely getting the iphone. I am so sick of my blackberry ALWAYS crapping out on me. Enough is enough. Bring it on DINNER SPINNER!!!

I have a ton of updates to do, but am SOOOO tired right now..must sleeeep.
We had the best weekend. Nic and Phil's wedding was fantastic. Didn't get back home til 2:30 this morning. I sang and danced my face off last night. Today I woke up with no voice. Not good. It's totally shot. We slept in late. I played cards and clipped coupons with the seniors at Sunrise this afternoon. After that we went to Shadybrook Farm for pumpkin ice cream (felt good on my throat), and pumpkin picking. Here are a few pic's from my weekend. I'll get more up tomorrow. Have I told you lately how much I love TARGET!
Holy crap, I forgot to mention this in my vlog, but can you believe Target already has Christmas stuff out already?? I'm not kidding. I almost ran a lady over with my cart because I was so surprised. So much for celebrating the 1st day of Fall. Sheesh.
Sashimi rolls. I'm addicted. Like, no joke. Screw all that carby rice. Who needs it?? Our new hot spot is Oishi in Newtown, PA. We love sitting at the sushi bar. I feel so important being up close and personal with the sushi chefs (is that even what they're called)?
Tomorrow is my friend Annette's wedding. Her and Ben are the best couple. So happy for them. The ceremony starts at 11am and the reception is at 12:30. It will be a great day. We're having dinner with my momma, cousin, and grandma tomorrow night before heading back home. Looking forward to spending time with everyone. Yippie.
