nuts for egg nog

I did it. I couldn't resist, I had to get a tall egg nog latte from Starbs today. Here's a way to cut off some cals, tell the barista to make your drink with half egg nog, half skim. That way you won't feel too guilty (a tall egg nog latte is a whopping 350)!! Are they kidding?? I do love the Christmas cups though. The red makes me happy. If you're Starbs gold club card member, click HERE to read about the new program they're launching on December 26th. After my egg nog latte, I kept the holiday mood going with a cup of low fat pumpkin yogurt. We grabbed the last 6 at Target last night. They also had sugar cookie yogurt, but I passed on those. No way in hell I'm eating a 180 calorie cup of sugar.

I was going to e-mail you about the pumpkin yogurt from target! I saw it there with my boyfriend the other day and I was like I have to e-mail Lisa Paige! He thinks I'm nuts!

Is the Pumpkin pie yogurt any good? Because everytime I read your blog it makes me crave pumpkin spice, LOL!

I'm doing Weight Watchers and I'm always looking for good food that is low and fat/calories (yet another reason I love your blog).

Lauren

I had the pumpkin pie yogurt last week. Not at fan at all. It tastes...fake..if that makes sense.

Melissa

Out of curiosity, how many calories are in the pumpkin yogurt from Target?
